Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-Site)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Denial Management Expert for our DME Billing campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing denied claims, identifying root causes, and ensuring maximum revenue recovery while maintaining compliance with payer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze denied DME claims from Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Identify root causes of denials and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and submit appeals with required documentation
• Work closely with billing and credentialing teams to prevent recurring denials
• Track denial trends and prepare reports for management
• Ensure timely follow-up for maximum reimbursement
• Maintain accurate records of appeals and claim status

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in denial management (DME experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer policies
• Experience with billing software and payer portals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work night shift (on-site)
