- Implement workflow improvement strategies for CMS MIPS performance
- Manage billing and collections processes for patient and insurance outstanding claims,
- Evaluate and improve accounts receivable weekly
- Coordinate insurance appeals for denied prior authorizations and reimbursement claims.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee supervision, and staff training seminars on HIPAA, OSHA, and Fire Safety compliance
