Medical Call Center (Bilingual)

Berkeley Eye Center/ Kingwood seeks friendly bilingual individual with medical office experience to create a superior first impression as part of the appointment desk. Kingwood, Texas.

• Answering & distributing incoming telephone calls
• Setting Appointments.
• Insurance Verification
• Cross-Trained to help cover front desk during times of vacation, unexpected absences, etc.

Ideal Candidates:
Can effectively handle heavy phone traffic. Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person. Strong medical insurance background w/ 3+ years experience of insurance verification. Bilingual (English/Spanish) & EMR experience.

Typical Work Schedule

Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Friday 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
