Duties

- Utilize medical terminology effectively to understand and relay patient information clearly.
- Enter data accurately into electronic health records and other relevant systems to ensure up-to-date patient information.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling an cancellation.
- Take messages from other physician offices, pharmacies, or hospitals.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions with callers.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient service delivery and support administrative workflows.
