Medical Call Center Representatives are responsible for receiving calls in a high volume call center environment, with primary job duties communicating with our patients in making appointments, talking clinical messages, delivering clinical messages and results, as well as basic triage and telephonic health screenings. Health oriented call center experience is preferred.

The successful candidate will have experience in a health care call center environment. We use a fully electronic medical record system, so a computer savvy individual that is capable of multitasking and handling a variety of applications is critical. Prior experience with an electronic medical record is required, especially direct experience with the Veradigm (formerly Allscripts) PM and EHR products. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Teamwork and interpersonal skills are very important, and all candidates must complete a thorough interview process, background investigation, as well as a screening for illegal drugs.
