The Medical Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and overall performance of the medical center. The role ensures efficient healthcare service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, patient satisfaction, and achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the medical center and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise administrative, medical, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH), MOHRE, and healthcare regulations.
- Monitor patient services and maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and operational coordination.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance analyses.
- Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Support business development and marketing initiatives to improve clinic performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or medical center management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations in the UAE.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.
