Responsibilities:

* Manage, Train and mentor existing & newly hired Medical Assistants
* Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and procedures
* Assist with patient care, including vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and more
* Maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and teamwork

Qualifications:

* Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant (Urgent Care or Primary Care experience a plus!)
* Strong communication and leadership skills. Athena experience a Plus!
* Passion for training and developing staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
