Role Overview:

As a Medical Coder, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records and assigning accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to ensure compliance, minimize denials, and support efficient reimbursement processes.

Requirements:

✔6 month of experience in Medical Coding
✔Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
✔Familiarity with U.S. healthcare billing and insurance guidelines
✔Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred
✔Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payers
✔Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
✔Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔Ability to maintain coding accuracy and productivity targets

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze medical documentation
Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
Ensure coding compliance with payer guidelines
Identify and correct coding discrepancies
Support claim submission and denial prevention efforts
Stay updated with coding changes and industry regulations
