We are looking for Store/Purchase Manager who can join immediately and do his duty with full commitment and honest approach.
Requirement:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Medical College/Hospital/ Healthcare/Medical College.
Duties:
**Maintain the minimum stock of Store material ,medicines and drugs in different areas and do physical verification every day.
- Organise the stock room and arrange the items as per different categories.
**Maintain the inventories in a stock management software and maintain the minimum stock list on daily basis. Should be ready with current stock status at any time if asked.
- Maintain the emergency night box (medicine and other supplies).
- Have complete knowledge of our inventories and submit the monthly report to senior as per requirement.
- Maintain the stock of medical instruments and oxygen cylinders.
- Proper storage and handling of the inventories.
- Ensure stock is in date and if damaged or no longer in good condition alert Stock Incharge.
- Follow and maintain the vaccination and other medicines according to cold chain protocol.
- Follow the procedures for labelling medicines going to each area to ensure safety, security and proper disposal.
- Submit the requirement to senior for purchasing pharmaceutical/medical supplies and drugs. Also submit the requirements for other general stock.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Routine purchasing as per the requirement received for Wards, IPD/OPD's. Negotiate pricing.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. Search competitive dealers/shopkeepers for purchasing.
- Relevant Experience candidates will be given more preference.
