Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Medical Consultant (Psychiatrist)

Location: United States (Remote/Telehealth)

Employment Type: Full-time Employee (W-2)

Job Overview

Join a pioneering medical practice, conceptualized and established by psychiatrists for clinicians, dedicated to fundamentally transforming access to mental health care. This exceptional role offers the organizational stability and comprehensive support of a major health system coupled with the profound professional autonomy of a private practice. We are seeking accomplished, board-certified or board-eligible physicians to deliver high-quality, in-network, outpatient treatment for a diverse range of conditions, including depressive, anxiety, and attention disorders, across child, adolescent, and adult populations. You will utilize advanced, proprietary technology to build a highly gratifying and intellectually stimulating clinical practice, minimizing administrative distractions to focus on treatment excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient psychiatric care exclusively through a 100% remote telehealth model.
  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations and manage ongoing pharmacological and psychotherapeutic treatments.
  • Utilize specialized, integrated electronic medical records (EMR) and digital solutions that support streamlined patient communication, telemedicine, and direct laboratory integration.
  • Exercise complete control over clinical decisions, personal schedule, and hours, ensuring a truly personalized and sustainable practice.
  • Devote focus entirely to clinical responsibilities, as all non-clinical burdens—including complex billing, scheduling, and patient coordination—are fully managed by dedicated, in-house support teams.
  • Seamlessly refer patients within a strong, dedicated internal network of co-treating specialists and therapists.
  • Commit to delivering high-quality, cost-effective health care that is accessible to patients utilizing all major insurance providers.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (M.D. or D.O.) with Board Eligibility or Certification in Psychiatry. Additional Board Certification in Addiction Medicine is highly valued.
  • Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice medicine.
  • A deep commitment to ethical, patient-centered, and high-value psychiatric service delivery.
  • Proven capability and comfort in operating within a telehealth environment and utilizing integrated digital health platforms.

What We Offer

  • Elite Compensation Structure: Total annual compensation ranges from $300,000 to $350,000+, consisting of a competitive base salary and a monthly productivity incentive.
  • Premium Benefits Coverage: A comprehensive employee benefits plan designed for high-earning physicians, including up to 100% coverage of premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Financial Security: Competitive 401(k) match with immediate participation eligibility.
  • Generous Leave: Substantial Paid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and 11 paid holidays.
  • Unprecedented Autonomy: Enjoy maximum flexibility in determining your clinical criteria and schedule within a fully remote, telehealth setting.
  • Minimized Administrative Overhead: Focus on clinical practice, as dedicated in-house teams handle all billing, scheduling, and back-office management tasks.
  • Licensing Assistance: Full administrative support and financial coverage from an in-house licensing department to manage the complexities and costs associated with maintaining or expanding licensure.
  • Technological Advancement: Access to proprietary tools and integrated EMR systems developed by psychiatrists to streamline care, track meaningful outcomes, and enhance the overall provider experience.
