Medical Counsellor / Patient Care Executive (Surgery & Hospital Coordination)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Counselling

· Follow up with surgery leads provided by the team.

· Counsel patients and their families on treatment/surgery options, costs, and hospital facilities.

· Address queries with empathy and provide clarity to support decision-making.

· Track lead status, maintain follow-up schedules, and drive conversions.

Patient Coordination

· Act as the single point of contact for patients from enquiry to discharge.

· Coordinate consultations, diagnostics, admissions, and surgery scheduling.

· Support patients with pre- and post-surgery requirements, including follow-ups.

Hospital & Doctor Liaison

· Coordinate with hospital staff, surgeons, and specialists to ensure timely support for patients.

· Maintain professional relationships with hospitals to facilitate smooth operations.

Operations & Reporting

· Update patient records and track lead conversions in CRM/lead management tools.

· Prepare regular reports on lead pipeline, conversion ratios, and patient satisfaction.

· Ensure high service standards for every patient touchpoint.

Qualifications

· Graduate in healthcare/management (Nursing, Allied Health, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Management preferred).

· 2–5 years of experience in patient coordination, hospital front office, medical counselling, or healthcare BD roles.

· Experience in surgery coordination or healthcare business development will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
