Join our team as a Medical Courier specializing in pharmacy and medication deliveries. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between pharmacies, healthcare providers, and patients by ensuring prescriptions and medical supplies are delivered safely, securely, and on time. This position is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented drivers who take pride in professionalism and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver prescriptions, medications, and pharmacy supplies along scheduled routes or on-demand requests
• Ensure proper handling of all items, including temperature-sensitive medications when required
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and chain-of-custody documentation
• Follow all HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, pharmacy staff, and customers regarding delivery updates
• Operate your personal vehicle safely and efficiently while following all traffic laws
• Use GPS and mobile apps to complete routes accurately and on time
• Represent the company professionally while providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must live within 30–45 minutes from Vestal, NY 13850
• Reliable personal vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Ability to lift and carry packages (typically 20–50 lbs)
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and handle sensitive materials responsibly
• Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus, but not required
