Duties

• Safely load, secure, and unload medical shipments using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary
• Drive commercial box trucks or <PERSON> driver vehicles along designated routes to deliver medical supplies promptly
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and route logs for compliance and tracking purposes
• Maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service to healthcare staff and clients during deliveries
• Handle heavy lifting and moving of boxes or medical equipment with proper techniques to prevent injury
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during route driving and delivery operations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers or supervisors regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the route

Skills

• Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving heavy lifting and moving
• Strong knowledge of route planning and driving a box truck or similar vehicle with manual transmission
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude in high-pressure situations
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely (certification preferred)
• Familiarity with driving regulations for commercial vehicles and adherence to safety standards
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform manual tasks efficiently
• Experience with load & unload procedures, route driving logistics, and maintaining accurate delivery records
