Medical Courier and Delivery drivers

Join our dynamic team as a Medical Courier and Delivery Driver, where your energetic spirit and dedication will ensure the safe and timely transport.

Duties

• Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks and other delivery vans and cars.
• Load and unload shipments with care, utilizing equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and route logs for compliance and tracking purposes
• Maintain a professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service to healthcare facilities, clinics, and patients
• Follow prescribed routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Assist with warehouse tasks including moving supplies, heavy lifting, and organizing inventory as needed
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably within healthcare or medical supply environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) or <PERSON> driver certification is highly desirable
• Experience operating box trucks or similar heavy vehicles with manual transmission capabilities
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely, including boxes and medical equipment, often requiring physical strength and stamina
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus
• Knowledge of route driving best practices combined with excellent time management skills
• Prior experience with load & unload procedures and moving supplies efficiently within tight schedules

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
