Job Summary

Med Express is seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Courier Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering time-sensitive medical equipment and supplies to hospitals and surgical centers across the Greater Los Angeles Area while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Use company vehicles to transport medical equipment and supplies.
• Load and unload items weighing between 25 to 55 lbs.
• Deliver to sterile processing departments (SPDs) at hospitals and surgery centers.
• Maintain communication with supervisors regarding delivery statuses.
• Comply with all company policies and safety protocols.
• Assist the warehouse manager with tasks when deliveries are not scheduled.
• Participate in overtime shifts, evening runs, and rotating weekend on-call duties.
• Represent the company professionally to all clients and hospital personnel.
• Identify and refer potential new clients—earn commission for bringing in new business.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid California Driver’s License.
• Experience driving 16 ft and 26 ft trucks preferred – training available if needed.
• Clean driving record (no moving violations or outstanding parking tickets).
• Ability to lift 25–55 lbs regularly.
• Must own a smartphone for navigation and communication.
• Personal car insurance coverage required.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Professional attitude, team-oriented, and eager to grow.
• Bonus eligibility based on performance, customer feedback, and attendance.
• Willing to use personal vehicle for emergencies. (

Uniform Requirement

• Scrubs required (Company provides 2 sets).
