Medical Courier Driver

Driver - Part Time

Immediate openings for the following shifts-

M-F, Daytime shift. 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. (30 hours per week.)

$15.50 / hour

We are a reputable medical courier service with over 20 years of service with immediate openings for reliable drivers to join our professional team. Vehicles for the routes are provided, you do not have to drive your own.

The ideal candidate should live within 15 miles of our office, which is located near Dequindre and 11 Mile Rd.
Our dress code includes- clean appearance, tucked in collared shirt, work-casual pants (e.g., Dockers or similar), casual shoes.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
*High School Diploma or higher
*Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
*Must have reliable transportation to get to our office
*Must pass federal background check
*Must be able to change a tire and lift up to 40 lbs.
*Must have a good sense of direction when driving (N, S, E, and W)
*Must be on time each day and able to understand both verbal and written directions

Our vehicles and the facilities we go to are smoke free environments!

We have a good group of guys already and try to keep a pretty laid-back environment. Simple and repeatable route will be easy to learn. Also involves scanning & boxing of samples for airport shipment.

A stable past work history is required. A great opportunity for recent retirees.

Overall, we are a Medical Courier service that picks up "samples" from a few specific labs and hospitals each day, and then delivers to airport for shipment.
