Schedule: Monday – Friday, approximately 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Meadowlark Logistics is a regional medical and express courier company serving healthcare facilities across North Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, and South Dakota. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented independent contractor to join our team on a dedicated daily route transporting medical specimens, lab samples, pharmacy deliveries, and other time-critical shipments.

This isn't just a driving gig — the work you do directly supports patient care across western North Dakota.

The Route

You'll run a consistent daily loop: Bismarck → Hettinger → Dickinson → Bismarck, covering approximately 340 miles with 8–10 stops at hospitals, clinics, and labs along the way. The route launches around 1:00 PM and is typically wrapped up by 6:30 PM, giving you your mornings free.

Compensation

$225 per day.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable personal vehicle in good working condition (SUV, crossover, or sedan with adequate cargo space preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong sense of punctuality and accountability — healthcare facilities depend on on-time delivery
• Comfortable handling medical specimens and packages per established chain-of-custody procedures (training provided)
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clinic and hospital staff
• Smartphone for route management and delivery confirmations
