Medical Courier – Independent Contractor Opportunity (Bismarck, ND)

Meadowlark Logistics is a regional leader in medical and express courier services, supporting hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and healthcare networks across North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Montana.

We’re seeking Independent Contractors in the Bismarck area to join our expanding medical logistics network.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Scheduled medical courier routes originating in Bismarck. Pickups begin around 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday. You’ll transport:

• Medical specimens
• Pharmaceuticals
• Nuclear medicine materials
• Standard courier items

Weekend and on-demand (urgent) deliveries are available and compensated separately.

COMPENSATION

$150 – $400 per route (route-dependent)

Pay structure discussed during the interview process

Additional compensation for on-demand and after-hours work

CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable vehicle (SUV or minivan preferred)
• Newer smartphone capable of running dispatch software (GPS-enabled)
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Must pass:

• Background check
• Drug screening
• Motor vehicle record review
