Settlement:

- Car $.0.55 per mile Round Trip / $25 minimum.
- Van $.0.60 per mile Round Trip / $30 minimum.
- Van $.90 per mile + $5 per stop for hospital routes / $30 minimum
- Tolls reimbursement.
