Looking for friendly, courteous, professional and caring individuals to become members of our Medical Delivery Technician team.

No experience necessary- Hands-on paid training! Must have a positive attitude and amazing customer service skills.

Medical Delivery Technician is responsible for the delivery and/or pick-up of home medical equipment (HME), supplies, and set-up in customer's home and/or facility, minor cleaning of equipment and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Responsible for inventory management, lot number tracking, and product recalls. Responsible for maintaining delivery records.

• Loads equipment and supplies from the warehouse to assigned vehicle.
• Ensures that all equipment and supplies are secured for safe transport.
• Medical Delivery Technician delivers and sets up HME in customer homes.
• Greets customers courteously.
• Remains professional and resourceful while working with customers.
• Demonstrates and explains HME to the customer.
• Ensures the customer understands how to properly use and maintain the equipment.
• Completes appropriate documentation.
• Verifies customer insurance information as required.
• Maintains good customer relations.
• Works to resolve customer questions and/or concerns prior to leaving customer home.
• Ensures customer confidence.

Physical Demands Include: Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit as well as talk and hear. Use of hands to operate vehicles and office equipment. Must lift up to 100 pounds and occasionally maneuver up to and sometimes lift 180 pounds.

*Must have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, pass a background check, pass a drug screen and have a high school diploma or equivalent*

Job Type: Full-Time, On Call Rotation after Training
