Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical & Dental Marketing Specialist with a strong background in healthcare (preferably medical or dental knowledge) to promote our TMJ & Orofacial Pain Specialty services to dentists, physicians, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of direct marketing experience, digital marketing expertise, and strategic planning skills, including budgeting and goal-setting. This role requires in-person office visits to dental and medical practices, as well as developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase referrals and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Marketing & Relationship Building:
  • Conduct in-person visits to dental offices, medical clinics, and specialists to educate them about our orofacial pain services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers through one-on-one meetings, lunch-and-learns, and presentations.
  • Identify key decision-makers (dentists, physicians, practice managers) and tailor messaging to their needs.
  • Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development:
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies (both digital and direct) to increase referrals and patient acquisition.
  • Create educational content (brochures, case studies, newsletters) to highlight our expertise in orofacial pain management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Budgeting & Performance Tracking:
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies with measurable ROI.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (referral rates, engagement metrics, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Digital & Direct Marketing Execution:
  • Oversee Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook campaigns targeting dental and medical professionals.
  • Organize webinars, CME events, and workshops to position our practice as a leader in orofacial pain.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and follow-ups.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and referral patterns to refine marketing approaches.
  • Gather feedback from providers to improve service offerings and messaging.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing (dental/medical preferred).
  • Strong understanding of orofacial pain, TMJ disorders, or dental/medical terminology. (Recommended)
  • Proven track record in direct sales, field marketing, or B2B healthcare marketing.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (ability to explain complex medical concepts simply).
  • Experience with digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with travel to local offices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a dental practice, medical device sales, or healthcare marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with orofacial pain conditions (e.g., TMD, trigeminal neuralgia, bruxism).
  • Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
