Medical device designer freshers

• Design & Development: Conceptualize, design, and develop new medical devices or improve existing ones, from initial ideas to functional prototypes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet strict FDA, ISO, and other global standards, managing Design History Files (DHFs) and risk assessments (FMEA).
• Prototyping & Testing: Create models, perform calculations, and oversee verification/validation (V&V) testing, including EMC testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with doctors, engineers, quality, manufacturing, and marketing to define requirements and solve problems.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough DHF documentation, technical reports, and manufacturing instructions (IFUs).
• Design for Manufacturability (DFM): Optimize designs for cost-effective production, working with suppliers and toolmakers.
