Innovacyn, Inc., makers of Puracyn Plus, is a market leading manufacturer of wound care products for the global Acute and Post-Acute Care healthcare markets as well as a significant supplier for the Home Care and Retail market. We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Representative to continue to build our brand and proprietary technology with our existing and new customers. This self-motivated, enthusiastic individual will support our customers with all brand strategy implementations and educational needs resulting in greater customer satisfaction while also maintaining and growing the business.
Overall Responsibilities include:
· Make daily in-person sales calls on physicians and clinicians to promote Innovacyn products.
· Weekly travel and overnights required throughout entire state of Texas to visit key accounts.
· Responsible for territory sales of new and existing accounts – including hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices, etc.
· Focus on converting new accounts and growing business with existing accounts.
· Collaborate with other Puracyn sales representatives and clinical staff to share best practices and identify key market opportunities for sales growth.
· Strong communication skills and new account development/cold calling skills are a must.
· Reviewing and monitoring product facility usage and coordinating any necessary corrective actions.
· Attending and exhibiting at regional and national industry trade shows and meetings to increase lead generation, as needed.
· Routinely work with the Senior Clinical Director to support product and customer development.
· Communicate customer feedback and any corporate support needed to the designated department.
· Provide weekly reports and customers evaluation updates to better track territory sales growth.
· Manage personal expense budget within corporate parameters.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in business, marketing, and/or scientific field preferred; additionally, sales and presentation skills in a medical device or related background is desirable.
· Experience in Acute Care and/or Patient Care a plus.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with self-starter mindset.
· Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) and Social Media platforms.
· Ability to multi-task and excel in an intense, competitive selling environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
