About the Role

We're hiring a motivated, hungry intern who wants real, hands-on experience in medical device sales. This is not a coffee-run internship. From day one, you'll be in the field shadowing top closers, sitting in on live sales pitches, and learning how deals actually get done in a high-stakes, high-reward industry.

If you're competitive, coachable, and serious about building a career in sales, this is a rare opportunity to learn the playbook from the people closing the business.

What You'll Do

  • Learn how to prospect and book qualified meetings with decision-makers
  • Attend live sales pitches and in-person presentations alongside a senior closer
  • Work full-time, side-by-side with an experienced sales rep — the entire sales cycle, start to finish
  • Travel throughout Connecticut to client meetings (a reliable car is required)
  • Build the foundational skills, mindset, and discipline of a top-performing sales professional

What You'll Learn

  • How to open conversations and book meetings with busy professionals
  • How a closer runs a discovery call, handles objections, and lands the deal
  • How the medical device industry actually works — the products, the buyers, and the process

What We're Looking For

  • Lives in Connecticut (this is a must — you'll be on the road daily)
  • Owns and drives a reliable car (this is non-negotiable)
  • Available full-time
  • Driven, coachable, professional, and ready to put in the work
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Interest in medical devices, healthcare, or sales as a long-term career
