We sell cutting-edge medical devices directly to physicians and healthcare providers. Our lineup includes red and infrared light therapy devices and the Gazelle — an FDA-cleared, made-in-USA pelvic floor therapy device.

What This Role Actually Is

You’ll work a list of provider leads every day — new inquiries and older contacts that need reactivation.

Your job is simple:
Call. Qualify. Close or book. Repeat — 100+ times a day.

  • Close light therapy device deals on the spot
  • Or book qualified Gazelle appointments that actually show for our senior closer

You’ll never wonder what to do next. Pick up the phone.

What You’ll Be Selling

Light Therapy Devices ($500–$800/unit)
Doctors don’t buy one — they buy per patient.
10 patients = $5K–$8K deal
20 patients = $10K–$16K deal
You own these deals from first call to close.

Gazelle Device
You are not closing this.
Your job is to:

  • Qualify the doctor
  • Build real interest
  • Book a tight appointment that actually shows

When they show — you get paid.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Dialing 100+ provider leads daily
  • Reactivating cold leads
  • Qualifying fast — no wasted time
  • Closing light therapy deals same-day when possible
  • Thinking in volume (units, not singles)
  • Booking qualified, show-ready Gazelle appointments
  • Logging everything in CRM daily

Compensation — Simple & Performance-Driven

Base Salary: $45,000-$50,000/year

Light Therapy Sales Bonus:
10% of every first-time purchase

  • $7,000 order = $700 bonus
  • $14,000 order = $1,400 bonus

Gazelle Appointment Bonus:
$50 per qualified appointment that is set AND shows

Not just booked. Not just scheduled.
They have to show.

That means:

  • You qualify properly
  • You set strong expectations
  • You book real opportunities — not fluff

What Strong Months Look Like

Example 1:

  • 10 light therapy buyers @ $4,000 avg = $4,000 bonus
  • 40 qualified appointments that show = $2,000
  • Total with base ≈ $10,833/month

Example 2:

  • 20 buyers @ $5,000 avg = $10,000 bonus
  • 60 qualified shows = $3,000
  • Total with base ≈ $17,167/month

This is a feeder role into our Senior Gazelle Closer position
($180K–$250K OTE)

  • You just want to “book meetings” without caring if they show

Base: $45,000-$50,000/year
Bonus: 10% product sales + $50 per qualified appointment that shows
OTE: $65,000 – $100,000+
Growth Path: Senior Closer ($180K–$250K OTE)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
