We are a small, established distributor of surgical instruments with a focus on Neurosurgical and Spine Surgery. Over 30 years in business.

Role Description

This is a full-time in the field role for a Medical Device Sales Representative at Tisch Medical Instruments covering the Los Angeles Area and beyond, including Orange County and San Diego. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling medical devices, focusing on Neurosurgical and Spine Surgery products, to operating rooms and sterile processing departments.

Qualifications

• Field Sales skills
• Health insurance and job-related expenses will be covered as sales milestones are achieved
• Commission-driven individual
• Current driver’s license
• Access to your own transportation - Approximately 80% travel
• Fiscally manage territory by controlling expenses, product returns, and product inventory.
• Experience in Spine/Orthopedics and Operating Room environments is preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of Medicine and medical devices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and sales pitching abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not necessary
• Earning potential includes achievable commissions of up to $200,000
