About PathRight Medical
PathRight Medical is a men’s health medical device company headquartered in Orem, Utah. We build clinically backed products that help men recover function and confidence after some of the most difficult diagnoses they’ll face.
We’re building out our sales team from the ground up — and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of shaping it.
The Role
As a Medical Device Sales Representative, you’ll own a pipeline of urology and men’s health practices across the United States and Canada. Your job is to open doors: cold-call physician offices, get past gatekeepers, build relationships with decision-makers, and turn those conversations into stocking accounts for our product portfolio.
This is a phone- and email-driven outbound role. You’ll work alongside our existing team and report directly to the CMO. You’ll have real ownership of your territory and a meaningful voice in how this team operates as it grows.
What You’ll Do
- Manage your own pipeline of prospects from first outreach through signed wholesale agreement
- Run outbound calls and emails daily to urology practices, men’s health clinics, and surgical groups across the U.S. and Canada
- Get past gatekeepers with professionalism — receptionists and office managers are the first line, and you’ll learn proven tactics for working with them
- Qualify physician accounts by understanding their patient population and matching the right product
- Communicate clinical value using approved language — our products have published peer-reviewed data, and you’ll learn how to use it without overstating it
- Move accounts through the pipeline in our CRM with discipline — from targeted outreach to engaged, qualified, proposal, and verbal commit
- Send and follow up on Wholesale Physician Agreements to close stocking accounts
- Hit KPIs consistently and grow your territory month over month
- Represent PathRight at conferences — attend assigned medical conferences and trade shows across the U.S. and Canada to network with physicians and build your pipeline in person
- Help shape the team — as one of our earliest reps, your feedback on processes, scripts, and tools will directly influence how we operate
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter. You can structure your day, prioritize without being told, and stay productive when no one is looking over your shoulder.
- Comfortable on the phone. You can hold a real conversation with a stranger — a busy receptionist, a skeptical office manager, a physician with three minutes — without sounding scripted.
- Coachable. You take feedback well, try new approaches, and adjust based on what’s working.
- Organized. You can manage a pipeline of dozens of accounts at different stages without letting anyone fall through the cracks.
- Driven by KPIs. You like having a number to hit and you treat it as your problem to solve.
- Tech-comfortable. You can pick up new tools quickly. You’ll be working in GoHighLevel (CRM), Nextiva (phone), Dropbox (resources), and Zenzap (team comms) every day.
Front of the Line
Sales experience is a strong plus. If you have any of the following, we want to talk to you first:
- Prior cold-calling or inside sales experience
- B2B sales background (any industry)
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience
- Experience using a CRM to manage a pipeline
That said, this role is entry-level friendly. If you’re hungry, coachable, and good with people, we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Get
- Competitive hourly base plus an uncapped bonus structure tied to account sign-ons and account consistency
- PTO — take time when you need it
- Flexible schedule built around your territory’s business hours
- Hybrid work once our new Orem office opens — remote until then
- Real ownership — you’re joining the sales team early enough to influence how it’s built
- Best-in-class tools — GoHighLevel CRM, Nextiva phone system, Dropbox resource library, Zenzap team comms
- Comprehensive training — 1–2 weeks of in-person onboarding in Orem followed by ongoing remote training with the team
Schedule
Flexible, generally 9–5 aligned to your assigned territory’s business hours
Location:
Remote during initial buildout, transitioning to hybrid (in-office + remote) once our new Orem, UT office is complete. Initial 1–2 week training will be in person in Orem.
