Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Device Sales Representative. The representative will focus on selling medical devices, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities within the neuro and spine surgical market. Daily tasks include consulting with healthcare professionals, providing product demonstrations, representing the company in operating rooms during procedures, and staying informed about advancements in orthopedics and medical technologies. The role requires the ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service. Earning potential includes achievable commissions of up to $200,000. Health insurance and job-related expenses will be covered as sales milestones are achieved

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Medical Sales and general Sales techniques
• Knowledge and experience in Neuro/Spine and related medical fields
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment and understanding of surgical procedures
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Willingness to travel as required to engage with clients and attend surgical demonstrations
• Access to your own car - Approximately 80% travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
• Commission-driven individual
