Medical Device Sales Representative – Aesthetics

We are seeking Independent Sales Representatives for Florida Market. This is a commission-based independent contractor role for driven sales professionals who excel at relationship-building and new business development in the aesthetic space.

Ideal candidates have experience in medical aesthetics device sales or high volume injectables sales. ***Please do not apply if you do not have experience selling medical aesthetics devices or injectables***

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, aesthetic practices, med spas, and other licensed medical professionals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Present and demonstrate medical aesthetic technologies and treatment solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Register and develop leads, maintain accurate sales records, and provide territory updates.
• Submit sales orders for Company approval and fulfillment.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
• Represent products accurately and professionally while adhering to all Company policies and compliance standards.
• Utilize approved marketing materials and maintain confidentiality of Company information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical aesthetics device sales or injectable sales required
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed.

Compensation

• Realistic and Obtainable Commission structure
• Earning Potential: $100,000–$300,000+ annually
• Performance-based incentives and sales opportunities
• Independent contractor (1099) position
