Arthrex Green Bay is growing and looking for a Medical Device Sales Representative to join our Wausau team.
Position Summary
The Technology Specialist is responsible for achieving predetermined monthly and annual sales goals within their assigned territory. This individual plays a critical role in driving territory performance through relationship-building, clinical expertise, and disciplined sales execution.
This role requires frequent in-person engagement and regular presence in the operating room. The Technology Specialist will consult with surgeons and healthcare professionals regarding the appropriate use of Arthrex implants, instruments, and surgical technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Territory Performance
- Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives and territory quotas
- Support development and execution of territory sales strategies
- Increase territory growth through strong relationship-building and disciplined follow-up
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking within CRM system
Surgeon Engagement & Clinical Support
- Represent Arthrex Green Bay in a fast-paced environment with surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Consult surgeons in the operating room on implants, instruments, and surgical techniques
- Educate surgeons and surgical team with product updates, procedural advancements, and portfolio enhancements
- Support new product introductions and cross-selling initiatives
Account Management & Relationship Development
- Establish, build, and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and administrators
- Identify prospect needs and develop tailored written, phone, and in-person responses
- Address and escalate account concerns to the Territory Lead as appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality of company and patient information
Training & Professional Development
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training from Territory Leads and Product Managers
- Complete all Arthrex training modules and required certifications on time
- Maintain independent study of products, anatomy, and surgical procedures
- Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings as required
Compliance & Operational Standards
- Maintain all required hospital access certifications
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Protect company assets and confidential information
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, unless prior medical device or surgical technician experience
Experience
- Prior medical device sales or surgical technician experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working in surgery and open operating room environments
