Position Overview

This is an expansion role with no book of business. This position requires a motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneur’s mindset. Significant growth opportunities exist for the right personwith rapid career progression.

This role is part of our Lymphedema Sales Team, focusing on:

• Vascular surgeons
• Certified Lymphedema Therapists (CLTs)
• Physical Therapists
• Wound Care Centers / Podiatrists
• Oncology / Breast Cancer Clinics

You will also have full access to CureTech’s other product verticals, creating multiple pathways for revenue expansion within a high-value, established market.

This W2 role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission potential, and direct access to an in-demand, clinically valuable portfolio designed to support today’s surgical, vascular, and rehabilitation landscapes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow an existing, high-performing lymphedema-focused territory
• Build and maintain relationships with vascular specialists, podiatry practices, and physical therapy groups
• Educate clinicians on CureTech’s lymphedema solutions and broader DME product line
• Support protocol implementation and manage the ordering lifecycle through our proprietary platform
• Partner with internal operations and leadership to ensure seamless delivery and clinical support
• Analyze account performance, identify new growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional service

Who You Are

✅ Based in or near Grapevine, TX (76051 and surrounding area)
✅ Experience in medical device, vascular, or rehabilitation sales is a strong plus
✅ Skilled communicator with a track record of developing and supporting provider relationships
✅ Self-motivated, organized, and excited to grow an already thriving territory
✅ Familiarity with vascular medicine, lymphedema therapy, and/or ASC workflows is highly valuable
