Medical Device Sales Specialist

E.M. Adams has been manufacturing medical devices since 1958 and offers a range of products designed to support healthcare providers in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other medical settings. Its product lines include fall prevention products that help reduce the risk of patient falls, patient restraints for use when clinically appropriate, disposable medical trays for organizing instruments and supplies during medical procedures, and postmortem bags for the secure and dignified transport and handling of deceased individuals.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to cover the California territory, representing our line of medical products. The ideal candidate will be based in the Anaheim/Long Beach area and have the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the region. This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays, to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory.
• Retain existing customers while developing new business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Make regular in-person visits to key accounts.
• Identify leads, generate new business, and close sales.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.

Qualifications

• Previous medical device sales experience.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Coachable, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
