We are a diagnostic lab organization with labs across the U.S. We specialize in Genetic Testing, Molecular Testing, Toxicology, and clinic-based diagnostic solutions that help providers improve patient outcomes while increasing clinic revenue. Our focus is simple: make onboarding easy, make testing simple, and help clinics improve overall.

We are hiring sales reps to help us expand and build real relationships with private practices, clinics, and medical groups.

Sales & Outreach

• Prospect and contact private practices, clinics, assisted living facilities, and medical groups
• Make outbound calls
• Set appointments for presentations and onboarding

Relationship Building

• Build long-term relationships with providers, office managers, and administrators
• Follow up consistently and professionally

Closing & Account Growth

• Close new clinic partnerships and hit monthly production targets
• Help clinics scale their testing volume once onboarded
• Identify new opportunities inside existing accounts

Organization

• Track activity and follow-up
• Maintain accurate reporting and weekly updates
• Keep strong communication with leadership and operations

What We Need (Required)

• 1+ year sales experience (medical sales preferred but not required)
• Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals
• Strong communication
• Ability to learn medical/lab terminology quickly
• High personal accountability

Big Bonus If You Have:

• Existing clinic relationships
• Experience selling diagnostics, lab services, DME, pharma, or medical devices
• Experience with Medicare-related services

Performance Expectations

You will be expected to:

• Set appointments consistently
• Close clinics and build repeat testing volume
• Operate like a professional and represent the Lab properly
