Medical Director

Addiction Medicine and Sober Living

Blossom Village is seeking a Medical Director to provide oversight for an established addiction treatment program within a growing sober living community. This role supports an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP-S, FNP-C) delivering care to a panel of up to 40 patients in medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

Position Highlights

• Flexible, low-time commitment role
• Oversight of MAT services (buprenorphine, Vivitrol, etc.)
• Collaborative work with experienced provider
• Established workflows and patient population

Time Commitment

• Minimum: 2 hours per month
• Maximum: 10 hours per month
• Fully flexible scheduling

Compensation

• $150 per hour
• Same-day payment

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and chart review
• Be available for consultation as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Support quality and safety of addiction treatment services

Qualifications

• MD or DO, licensed in California
• Experience in Addiction Medicine preferred
• MAT experience strongly valued
• Collaborative and supportive leadership style
