Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Medical Director to oversee clinical operations, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and guide the hospital’s medical strategy. This leadership role requires a balance of clinical expertise, administrative acumen, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all medical and clinical services.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical practices.
• Oversee quality assurance programs and patient safety initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize clinical workflows and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement in medical practices and patient outcomes.
• Represent the hospital in professional and community healthcare forums.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in a recognized specialty.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hospital administration, healthcare regulations, and accreditation processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to KD5,500.000 per month

Work Location: In person
