Location: King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Tower 12, Riyadh, KSA Monthly Compensation: SAR 52,000

The Clinical Mandate at KAFD: My Pain Management Doc is appointing a visionary Medical Director to lead our premier pain management practice from our flagship clinic in the King Abdullah Financial District. Based in Tower 12, this executive role is responsible for the clinical governance, operational excellence, and strategic expansion of our multidisciplinary pain services. We are seeking a leader who can balance world-class patient care with the administrative rigors of a high-growth medical facility in the heart of Riyadh’s most prestigious business hub.

Clinical Leadership & Board-Level Profile: To succeed in this role, you must be a licensed Medical Doctor (MD) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in clinical practice and healthcare administration. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in leading specialized clinics, ensuring JCI accreditation standards, and managing high-performance medical teams. Your ability to integrate advanced pain management protocols with a patient-centric "concierge" service model is critical for our KAFD clientele.

Strategic & Operational Objectives:

• Clinical Governance: Overseeing all medical protocols, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives to ensure 100% compliance with Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.
• Team Leadership: Mentoring and managing a diverse team of specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to foster a culture of collaborative excellence.
• Strategic Growth: Partnering with the Board to identify new service lines and technology integrations (e.g., regenerative medicine, digital health) to stay at the forefront of the industry.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamlining clinic workflows and resource allocation to ensure a seamless, high-end experience for all patients visiting our KAFD location.

Candidate Status: Candidates must have a valid SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) license and a transferable Iqama. Experience within the private healthcare sector in Riyadh or a background in international "boutique" medical facilities is highly preferred.
