We're seeking a Specialist in Family Medicine to step into the role of Medical Director, someone who wants to shape clinical strategy for a category-defining health company, not just run a clinic.

What You'll Do

- Set and uphold clinical quality standards across a cutting-edge diagnostic and preventive-care model

- Provide direct, expert consultations translating complex biomarker and genomic data into actionable care

- Lead, mentor, and build out a high-performing clinical team

- Own regulatory compliance and clinical governance (DHA, Emirates Drug Establishment)

- Partner directly with leadership on clinical strategy, protocol development, and growth

What You Bring

- Valid specialist license in Family Medicine (DHA/DOH/MOH) — mandatory

- Board certification/specialization in Family Medicine

- Proven clinical leadership experience

- Strong grasp of UAE healthcare regulation

- Fluent English (Arabic/Russian a strong plus)

- Curiosity about genomics, longevity science, and AI-driven medicine
