Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced provider to serve as both a Medical Director and Aesthetic Provider within our clinic.

This individual will operate as the Medical Director for the practice while also working part-time in clinic performing treatments including injectables, laser, and wellness services (peptides, hormone therapy, etc.).

The ideal candidate is clinically experienced across multiple modalities, confident in both treatment delivery and oversight, and aligned with a high standard of patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Aesthetic Provider Responsibilities (Part-Time to Grow to Full-Time)

• Perform aesthetic injections including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Administer wellness treatments including peptides, hormone therapy, and related services
• Perform and/or oversee laser treatments in accordance with safety protocols
• Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Ensure safe, effective, and results-driven care for all clients

Medical Director Responsibilities

• Serve as the Medical Director for the practice in compliance with Arizona regulations
• Provide clinical oversight for all treatments and services offered
• Ensure all protocols, procedures, and documentation meet regulatory standards
• Support staff training, delegation, and scope of practice guidelines
• Be available for consultation, questions, and clinical support as needed
• Maintain all required licensure and certifications

Leadership & Clinical Standards

• Maintain a high standard of care, safety, and client experience
• Support a culture of professionalism, accountability, and growth
• Stay current on industry advancements, treatments, and best practices
• Ensure proper documentation and patient record compliance
• Additional duties as needed to support growth of the business

Qualifications

Must be one of the following:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD)
• Medical Doctor (MD/DO)

Active and unrestricted Arizona license

Actively Laser Certified in the state of Arizona

Experience across multiple modalities required, including:

• Aesthetic injections (neurotoxins, fillers)
• Laser treatments
• Wellness services (peptides, hormone therapy, etc.)

Prior experience in a med spa or aesthetic practice

Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Leadership mindset with ability to oversee and support a team

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Compensation is competitive and will be structured based on experience, scope of role, and overall responsibilities.
