NP/PA (Remote, Utah Licensed) Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to assist as a Medical Director for a multi-location IV therapy and wellness practice. This is a fully remote position supporting 15 clinic locations.
This role is protocol-driven, fast-paced, and telehealth-focused, requiring real-time availability during clinic hours.
Schedule Requirements
- 1 weekday per week 9-7 pm
- Every other Saturday (required) 9-5pm
- Must be available during clinic hours for real-time support
Key Responsibilities
- Perform brief telehealth clearances (≈2-minute calls) for new IV therapy patients
- Review patient history and approve/deny treatment per protocol
- Provide on-demand telehealth support for walk-in patients across all locations
- Answer nurse questions in real time and provide clinical guidance
- Ensure all treatments follow established medical protocols and safety standards
- Electronically sign orders and documentation as needed

Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in Utah (required)
- Experience with telehealth and protocol-based care preferred
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, rapid-decision environment
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to make quick, safe decisions
- Excellent communication skills for provider-to-nurse support
