Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients across various specialties, ensuring comprehensive treatment and support. This role requires a strong foundation in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Physician will be responsible for delivering care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, utilizing advanced medical technologies and adhering to best practices in patient safety and care.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient information and treatment progress.
  • Perform various medical procedures including suturing, IV infusion, and airway management.
  • Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and more to provide integrated patient care.
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions while ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives to advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient records.
  • Engage in discharge planning and follow-up care coordination for optimal recovery.

Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in relevant specialty areas.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
  • Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems; experience with Epic is preferred.
  • Experience in critical care settings or specific specialties such as psychiatry, maternal-fetal medicine, or oncology is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform procedures such as cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology techniques, or diagnostic imaging (CT/MRI).
  • Familiarity with CPT/ICD coding for accurate billing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and education.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the medical field.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per hour
