Medical Doctor

Job Purpose:

Support the leadership team in bringing Jaysom’s Health & Wellness strategy to life through tailored programs and consultations. Provide effective, natural treatments and personalized coaching to help guests achieve sustainable wellness goals, while serving as an ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Build strong relationships with guests and provide health & lifestyle consultations.
• Design personalized diet plans, treatment programs, and guest reports.
• Perform nutritional and naturopathic consultations, including supplement recommendations.
• Review lab results, food intolerance tests, and issue relevant prescriptions.
• Motivate guests to achieve sustainable health goals through coaching and education.
• Lead and support the nursing team, providing expert guidance when needed.
• Coordinate with wellness and therapy teams to ensure seamless guest care.
• Contribute to workshops, lectures, and development of new wellness programs.
• Stay updated on natural treatment trends and promote wellness culture across the resort.

Job Requirements:

• Allopathic Medicine Doctor degree
• BA/BsC in Health Science
• Suitable practitioner license for work in Saudi Arabia
• Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a health & wellness resort
