We partner with community centers across the country to provide urgent care services via telehealth, bridging the gap for individuals who often face barriers to traditional healthcare.

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and licensed Medical Providers (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to deliver telehealth urgent care consultations for individuals experiencing homelessness in Arizona, Nevada and Texas. Providers will work virtually while collaborating with on-site community center staff to address acute medical needs and connect patients with appropriate follow-up care.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality telehealth urgent care consultations.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat common acute conditions (respiratory illnesses, infections, minor injuries, skin conditions, etc.).
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests when appropriate.
• Collaborate with community center staff to ensure patients receive continuity of care.
• Document visits accurately in the EHR system.
• Practice with empathy and cultural sensitivity toward vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as an MD, DO, NP, or PA in AZ, NV or TX.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care preferred.
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and telehealth/virtual care skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
• Passion for serving underserved and homeless populations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
