Medical Doctor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding medical specialties specifically mental health and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and independently as well as a passion for improving patient health outcomes.

Duties
The Physician will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and mental health evaluations
• Diagnosing and treating various mental health conditions across multiple specialties including addiction
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Performing supervision
• Utilizing EHR systems and EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient records
• Collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participating in meetings as needed
• Providing health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality

Skills
Candidates should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in EHR systems, with experience in medical coding (CPT & ICD coding)
• Knowledge in various medical fields such as psychiatry, endocrinology, gastroenterology, pediatrics, and more
• Experience with critical care settings, including ER experience and trauma medicine
• Strong understanding of basic life support (BLS) protocols and advanced life support techniques
• Competence in performing specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin treatment or vascular interventional radiography
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient service and collaboration with healthcare teams
