Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this role will serve as both an independent and interdependent member of the healthcare team. The physician will assess, plan, and deliver high-quality patient care in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff and medical students.
Qualifications

Current license (or eligibility for licensure) in the State of Indiana to practice medicine.

Must meet credentialing requirements of affiliated hospitals.

Board Certification required (Board Eligible physicians and new graduates will be considered).

CPR Certification required.
