Medical Doctor

Esperanza Medical & Wellness is a multidisciplinary medical practice specializing in the treatment of patients with auto accident–related injuries. Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients recover and regain quality of life.

We are seeking a licensed Medical Doctor (MD or DO) with experience in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, or pain management care to join our growing team part time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with injuries related to motor vehicle accidents (MVAs).
• Perform comprehensive medical assessments, document findings, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer or supervise joint, trigger point, or other therapeutic injections as medically indicated.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Complete medical documentation and reports in compliance with state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide medical oversight and guidance for the clinical team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
• Active, unrestricted New Mexico medical license.
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Pain Management, Orthopedics, or Family Medicine (preferred).
• Experience with personal injury, auto accident, or musculoskeletal cases is highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and interventional skills (including injections).
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $90.00 - $150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
