Role Overview

We are seeking compassionate, articulate, and forward-thinking Medical Doctors who value depth over volume and relationship-based care over transactional medicine. This role is ideal for clinicians who believe in prevention, patient education, and delivering an elite healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care consultations in a concierge setting
• Conduct detailed medical assessments and preventive health evaluations
• Develop personalized care and health optimization plans
• Educate patients patiently and clearly about their health, treatment options, and therapies
• Oversee and guide the appropriate use of molecular hydrogen therapy and other wellness interventions
• Collaborate closely with clinic staff to ensure seamless, premium patient journeys
• Maintain detailed medical documentation and uphold ethical standards
• Deliver calm, respectful, and empathetic care to patients in all emotional states
• Uphold the clinic’s elite service standards at all times

Training & Orientation

• Introduction to our concierge primary care philosophy
• In-depth orientation to molecular hydrogen therapy and clinic protocols
• Training on premium patient experience, communication, and care continuity

Required Qualifications

• MBBS (mandatory); MD / DNB / Family Medicine preferred
• Valid medical registration (State Medical Council / NMC)
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Calm, empathetic, and composed bedside manner
• Interest in preventive, lifestyle, and longevity-focused medicine

Preferred Experience & Traits

• Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or preventive care
• Comfort working in concierge or low-volume, high-engagement practice models
• Willingness to learn and integrate emerging therapies responsibly
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
