Medical Doctor

Carexpert is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dependable Home Health Care Providers to deliver high-quality medical and personal care services to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will provide professional healthcare support while promoting patient independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home patient care according to physician-directed care plans
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support patients with chronic conditions, post-surgical recovery, elderly care, or disability needs
• Educate patients and family members on health management and care routines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive home environment
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, or equivalent as applicable)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health or clinical care preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable transportation (if travel is required)
