Job Title: Medical Officer / Physician – EMR Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Near National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP), Shahrah-e-Faisal

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and tech-savvy Doctors (MBBS) to join our healthcare operations team in a clinical documentation and EMR-focused role . This position is ideal for fresh graduates or physicians with 1–2 years of clinical experience who are comfortable working with modern Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and collaborating with international healthcare teams.

The role combines clinical knowledge, digital health workflows, and accurate medical documentation to support physicians and healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and accurately document patient medical records within EMR systems.
• Assist in clinical documentation, chart preparation, and record management for healthcare providers.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical documentation with healthcare standards.
• Support physicians in updating patient histories, diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical notes within the EMR.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain the integrity of electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to clarify medical documentation and ensure correct clinical coding or terminology where applicable.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
• Stay updated with digital health tools, clinical documentation standards, and EMR best practices .

Required Qualifications

• MBBS / Equivalent Medical Degree from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of clinical or hospital experience (House Job experience is acceptable).
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems or digital healthcare documentation.
• Strong medical terminology and clinical documentation skills .
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking .
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern EMR platforms used in international healthcare systems.
• Exposure to clinical documentation improvement (CDI), medical scribing, or healthcare data review .
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote collaboration environments .
• Comfort working in evening/night shifts aligned with international healthcare operations .
