Job Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Medical Doctor to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Doctor, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diverse medical conditions, coordinating patient care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional health services. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations utilizing advanced imaging and laboratory tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across various specialties such as internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, or pediatrics, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems and electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform procedures including suturing, catheterization, airway management, and other minimally invasive interventions as required within your specialty area.
  • Collaborate with specialists in fields such as radiology, endocrinology, oncology, or obstetrics to coordinate comprehensive patient care strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety throughout all clinical activities.
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives and continuous professional development to stay current with emerging medical advancements.
  • Provide education and health coaching to patients on disease management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness.

Experience

  • Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in inpatient or outpatient settings across diverse medical disciplines; hospital experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management.
  • Hands-on experience performing diagnostic radiology procedures including CT scans or nuclear medicine techniques is advantageous.
  • Critical care experience in ICU or neurocritical care environments is preferred for candidates specializing in acute or trauma medicine.
  • Familiarity with specialized procedures such as cardiac catheterization, vascular interventional radiography, or interventional radiology techniques.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding for billing purposes, and ICD coding standards is essential for accurate documentation.
  • Strong understanding of physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical research methodologies to support evidence-based practice.
  • Additional skills that enhance patient service include airway management, pain management strategies, wound care expertise, and post-operative care proficiency.
