Medical Doctor (Internal Medicine or GP) — Clinical Support Role, Not Sales

Role Summary

We are hiring licensed Physicians (MD/MBBS)—from entry-level to experienced—across Internal Medicine and General Practice, with interest or training in integrative/holistic care. This is a clinical advisory role, not a sales position. You will not sell products. You will ensure the medical accuracy, safety, and consistency of information shared with clients, and you will help educate non-clinical team members so they communicate within clinical and regulatory boundaries.

Core Responsibilities

• Clinical evaluation and guidance
• Contribute to remote clinical workflows: history review, triage input, differential considerations, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Help develop individualized care guidance; advise when escalation to in-person care is needed.
• Request, interpret, and translate labs/imaging when part of approved protocols.
• Real-time clinical support to the U.S. team
• Join or shadow live calls to provide physician-level input; verify information is accurate, balanced, and compliant.
• Answer clinical questions on internal channels; ensure safe guidance on pharmaceuticals, supplements, and integrative approaches.
• Patient education and prevention
• Provide preventive-care counseling and lifestyle/integrative medicine insights consistent with accepted standards.
• Collaboration and quality
• Co-create SOPs, clinical decision aids, and training materials with team leaders.
• Participate in case reviews, and CME; stay current with evidence in internal and integrative care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation for quality and compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• Medical degree (M.B.B.S./MBBCh or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Valid, active license to practice medicine in your jurisdiction.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent English communication skills; familiarity with U.S. medical terminology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internal Medicine residency or board certification; or GP/Family Medicine experience with strong internal medicine exposure.
• Experience or strong interest in integrative, functional, or lifestyle medicine.
• Familiarity with common U.S. pharmaceuticals, supplements, and care pathways.
• Telemedicine, patient education, or multidisciplinary team experience.
• Background or formal study in nutrition and exercise science.

What This Role Is Not

• Not a sales position; no quotas or commissions.
• No product promotion beyond evidence-based, physician-approved guidance.
• Not a script-only role; clinical judgment is required.

• Empathetic, clear communicator who can translate complex topics for non-clinical teammates and clients.

Compensation, Time Off, and Schedule

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Paid time off: 20 paid vacation days per year.
• Sick leave: 5 paid sick days per year.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m. Egypt Time
